Norm Wylie CEO and Pest Control Specialist
Norm had 10 years industry experience holding 3 individual licenses, landscape, biting flies and mosquito, and structural.
He has worked multiple roles in the industry from technician to overseeing provincial level operations. Experienced with large projects including mergers and acquisitions to cleanouts and individual pest programs. He managed full corporate portfolios which spanned across the nation, as well as government programs and individual residences.
Using his experience Norm intends to grow Global Pest Solutions into a reputable and respected company with unlimited growth potential.
Greg Sladden COO and Pest Control Specialist
Greg has 12 years of industry experience. Also, holding three induvial licenses, structural, landscape, and Biting flies and mosquitos.
He has worked in the industry from technician to managing multiple branches. Greg created training programs, health and safety policies, and sale programs for the province of Ontario. Designed and created pest control programs for large companies and portfolios to resolving difficult issue within individual accounts.
Utilizing his skillset Greg intends to efficiently guide Global Pest Solutions to its goals.
